Premiere Networks and TMZ Launch TMZ Radio Nationwide

LOS ANGELES, July 13, 2011 -- Premiere Networks, the leading audio network in the U.S., and TMZ, the leading entertainment news brand, announced today they have joined efforts, in association with Agile Media Partners, to launch TMZ Radio - a new national weekday vignette for entertainment radio stations. Hosted by TMZ founder and executive producer Harvey Levin, the radio vignette features TMZ's trademark blend of trusted entertainment information, breaking news and unfiltered, honest and humorous look at the world of celebrities that has made it the fastest-growing entertainment news brand, as well as the most-cited entertainment news source in the world, with 69 million viewers/visitors last month across multiple platforms.

Available to stations Monday through Friday as two one-minute vignettes, TMZ Radio launched on June 20 and is currently airing on more than 50 stations across the U.S. The program's growing list of affiliates includes the following top markets: New York/WKTU-FM, Los Angeles/KBIG-FM, Chicago/WLIT-FM, Philadelphia/WISX-FM, Boston/WJMN-FM, Atlanta/WWVA-FM and WWLG-FM, Houston/KTBZ-FM, Detroit/WDTW-FM, Phoenix/KESZ-FM and Tampa/WMTX-FM.

Harvey Levin stated, "The stories in the radio spots are often delivered minutes after we put them up on TMZ.com. In other words, the spots almost become live broadcasts."

Agile Media Partners General Partner Doyle Rose stated, "Radio programmers across the country know their listeners have an insatiable appetite for celebrity news, and who better than TMZ to deliver it to them every day?"

"TMZ has become one of the most influential and credible entertainment news brands in the world, and we're delighted to deliver it to radio audiences across the country," stated Jennifer Leimgruber, Premiere Networks SVP of programming. "The response to TMZ Radio from stations and sponsors alike has been tremendous."

Stations interested in TMZ Radio should contact Premiere Networks at 818-377-5300.

About Harvey Levin

Harvey steers "TMZ" with the very same voice that he used to drive TMZ.com to unprecedented success. Dubbed "the guy who rules Hollywood" by the New York Daily News and "the man who may represent the future of celebrity journalism," by The New York Times, Harvey has made TMZ the go-to place for everything entertainment. He has guided TMZ to become one of the fastest growing and most successful brands ever launched on the Internet, and within seven months of its debut, it became the number one entertainment news website in the world.

Prior to TMZ, Harvey created and served as Executive Producer for the syndicated series "Celebrity Justice." Prior to launching "CJ," Levin served for 19 years as Co-Executive Producer and consultant for the television show "The People's Court," and he continues to host the interactive segments of the show. Levin has also served as Executive Consultant on the syndicated program "Moral Court" and Managing Editor of the syndicated program "Superior Court." He spent more than a decade as an investigative reporter for KCBS-TV in Los Angeles and covered numerous high-profile court cases for a number of top CBS stations across the country, including affiliates in New York and Chicago. Levin has received nine Emmy® Awards and numerous other local and national awards. He appears regularly on cable news networks and local and national programs, including stints as a guest host on CNN's "Larry King Live," providing commentary and analysis on a variety of topical issues.

For seven years, Levin was a legal columnist for the Los Angeles Times. Additionally, he has hosted radio talk shows for KABC-AM and KMPC-AM in Los Angeles.

Levin, a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, began his career as a litigator at a prestigious Los Angeles law firm and has been a professor of law at three universities.
