Premiere Networks Renews Long-Term Contract with Delilah

LOS ANGELES, November 30, 2011 -- It was announced today that Delilah, the most-listened-to-woman on radio in the country, has renewed her long-term contract with Premiere Networks, the leading audio network in the U.S. The announcement comes on the heels of the 25-year anniversary of Delilah's nationally syndicated nighttime radio program, which currently broadcasts to approximately 200 radio stations and reaches nearly nine million weekly listeners. The top-rated show broadcasts daily from 7 p.m. to midnight in all time zones, and features Delilah's distinctive blend of storytelling, sympathetic listening and encouragement -- all scored with adult contemporary music. The program can also be heard on iHeartRadio and live streaming on

"I'm having as much fun on the radio now as I ever have, and this new contract ensures I will have access to a pretty powerful microphone for a long time to come," stated Delilah. "I'm blessed beyond belief to be connected to so many listeners through long-standing affiliations, and to be working with the great team at Premiere. So long as God gives me breath and a voice, I hope to speak to people across the airwaves every single night!"

"Delilah is a friend and confidant to millions of listeners -- that unique connection to her audience, as well as her love of music, continues to drive her growth and success," stated Julie Talbott, Premiere Networks president, content and affiliate relations. "We couldn't be happier to extend our relationship with Delilah well into the future."

Since joining Premiere Networks' lineup in 2004, Delilah has continued to expand her brand, further connecting with her millions of fans, and providing national sponsors like General Motors, Walgreens, Pier 1 Imports and The Home Depot with direct access to her loyal female audience. That brand extension reaches beyond the radio dial as she focuses on furthering both local and national charitable efforts. In addition to her work with Point Hope - her foundation which focuses on refugee children in Ghana and on special needs children in the U.S. foster-care system, Delilah recently partnered with The Home Depot to bring her third-annual Paint the Town event to Waukegan Ill., where she joined more than 600 volunteers in helping a makeover in progress on the city's downtown Genesee Street. Delilah is also spokesperson for Together for Kids, a national alliance of children's hospitals dedicated to building a healthier future for America's kids. Her goal is to help raise money and awareness for the organization, which provides an urgently-needed national fundraising mechanism for its member hospitals, helping them care for seriously ill children and tackle the toughest health issues facing all children.

About Delilah
Often referred to as the "Oprah of Radio," Delilah embraced the medium when she was a middle-schooler in Reedsport, Oregon, reporting school news and sports on KDUN-AM, a small station in her hometown. In 1996, "Delilah After Dark" went into national syndication, and in 2004, Delilah joined Premiere Networks national lineup. Today, her soothing voice, open heart and love of music have expanded her audience from the folks in Reedsport to nearly nine million weekly listeners, whom she connects with via 200 radio stations, iHeartRadio and live streaming on Delilah is also the author of "Love Matters." Published by Harlequin Books, the book features Delilah's perspective on love, as well as stories from her listeners. As a single mother of 12 children, nine of whom she adopted, Delilah has established a foundation called Point Hope as a voice for forgotten children everywhere. Daily broadcasts, caring for her children, running a foundation, writing books, traveling and public speaking add up to a very busy life for Delilah, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
