-- Emmis Radio First to Sign Group Deal --

LOS ANGELES, February 21, 2007 – Mediabase, the airplay monitoring and research division of Premiere Radio Networks, announced today their partnership with BigChampagne, the leader in online media measurement. Mediabase will provide airplay information to be included in BigChampagne’s new daily chart offerings. Together, Mediabase and BigChampagne will provide the radio and recording industries with integrated tools for exploring the relationship between online music and traditional airplay daily.

Mediabase and BigChampagne will utilize analysis of countless songs and listening patterns of consumers that will be offered on a barter basis. Emmis Radio is the first to sign up for BigChampagne, in addition to renewing their exclusive group deal with Mediabase through 2008.

President of Emmis Radio Rick Cummings commented, "In a highly competitive environment, Jimmy Steal and the Emmis programmers insist on the best research tools available. Mediabase and BigChampagne have proven to be leaders in their respective areas. Emmis is pleased to enter into this long-term agreement."

"Many people don't realize the degree to which the internet has eclipsed traditional music measurement," said BigChampagne CEO Eric Garland. "The fact is that today, people get more of their music online than on CD. Because radio and the net are the leading indicators in the business, our longstanding relationship with Premiere Radio Networks makes this a critical partnership for us."

In addition, Mediabase President and Premiere Radio EVP Rich Meyer stated, "We are pleased to bring real-time reporting to BigChampagne's online charts and analysis. Mediabase customers live in a 24/7 real-time world, and with this new partnership, so does digital music intelligence. We look forward to delivering incredibly valuable research information to our radio and record company partners."

Mediabase provides vital airplay information to nearly 1,700 affiliate radio stations and every major broadcast group. The company also offers research to most major record labels in North America. Mediabase monitors more than 1,800 radio stations in 175 U.S. and Canadian markets and introduced the concept of monitored airplay in 1987.

BigChampagne Online Media Measurement (http://www.bigchampagne.com) is the leading provider of information about online media consumption and the analytic tools for measuring the impact of marketing impressions online and off. Since the company’s launch in 2000, BigChampagne has become a nexus for intelligence about media consumption. In cooperation with a who’s who of strategic partners in digital media, the company aggregates and analyzes information about media of all types, from a wide variety of sources for download and "streaming" music online, as well as terrestrial radio. In short, the company collects information about how and where people enjoy popular music, movies and other media, and then analyzes the information to tell customers what titles are most popular, who’s interested, and why.
