--World's Largest Music Company Secures Agreement for U.S. and Canada with Prominent Radio Information Company--

LOS ANGELES, November 14, 2007 - Mediabase and Universal Music Group (UMG) have renewed their long-term agreement whereby Mediabase will continue providing radio airplay research to UMG's market-leading family of subsidiary recording labels. The radio airplay research is derived from Mediabase's "Music Information Systems," a package of products and services that includes "Mediabase 24/7," "Add Board," "Mediabase National Callout Research," "Rate the Music," and more. Through these computerized systems, UMG is able to accurately track the popularity and frequency of its artists' music being played on radio, and other media outlets throughout the United States and Canada.

"The music world continues to evolve, but in this rapidly changing world, the need for accurate, reliable airplay information remains a constant," commented Mediabase President and EVP Premiere Radio Networks Rich Meyer. "To maintain the trust of the world's largest music company is a testament to everyone who works so hard to bring together Mediabase data everyday. I applaud our staff for their continued excellence and thank UMG for its continued support."
