LOS ANGELES, August 14, 2008 - Premiere Radio Networks announced today the appointment of Brian Lakamp as EVP of Digital Media. Formerly the CEO of Fluxe, a digital media startup, Lakamp will be based in Los Angeles and will report to Premiere Radio President Charlie Rahilly.

In his new position, Lakamp will oversee the company's interactive business while also creating alternate forms of program delivery, developing new online business opportunities, and building innovative digital capabilities for engaging Premiere's listeners.

Rahilly stated, "Brian joins us with deep experience in connecting with consumers online. I'm confident his leadership will enable Premiere to grow its already substantial digital relationship with listeners and sponsors."

"I'm looking forward to taking our digital and interactive capabilities to the next level," said Lakamp. "I'm excited to identify new ways to engage our audiences, advertisers and affiliates."

Lakamp's extensive digital media experience spans business and technology strategy, financial and business modeling, and project development and management. In 2007, he co-founded Fluxe, a digital media startup focused on online music. Prior to that, Lakamp served as senior vice president of Digital Policy at Sony Pictures Entertainment where he defined corporate policy, promoted digital distribution initiatives and represented the company in content licensing negotiations.

Before his five years at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Lakamp was the practice director of the U.S. Media and Entertainment operations at Viant Inc., an internet consulting firm. While there, he built the team, planned the business and developed the system responsible for the successful deployment of MovieLink, the video industry’s first digital distribution platform. He was also an associate analyst at Robertson, Stephens & Company and a project manager/developer for Anderson Consulting.

Lakamp is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics/Managerial Science with a specialization in computing and a B.A. degree in Business Economics.
