2005 COLLEGE BASKETBALL'S NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP/ AUTOZONE PARTS, INC. TRIP SWEEPSTAKES
Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on February 21, 2005, and concludes at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 6, 2005. To enter:
   1. Visit www.autozone.com, click on the sweepstakes banner, access the online sweepstakes entry form, and follow all instructions to complete the online entry form, including leaving your name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, birth date, and day and evening phone number (including area code). LIMIT ONE ON-LINE ENTRY PER PERSON AND EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY. Subsequent email entries from a person or e-mail address on any single day may void all entries.
   2. Sweepstakes winners will be drawn from all correct, eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
2. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. The Company, FOX Sports Radio, Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., Clear Channel Worldwide, and their subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively, "the Participating Sponsors"), will not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, as well as, technical or human errors in transmission of, or receipt of, telephone calls and/or miscommunication, as well as for technical or human errors in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Company and Participating Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. The Company and Participating Sponsors are also not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by the Company in their sole discretion. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted with the exception of entries via AutoZone.com. Entries void if defective, altered, forged, illegible, or received outside authorized channels. All entries become property of the Company and will not be returned.
3. PRIZE DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about March 7, 2005 from among all correct, eligible entries received by 11:59:59pm Pacific Time on March 6, 2005. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Company, whose decisions are final and binding. Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about March 7, 2005. An Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release must be signed, notarized, and returned by Grand Prize winner within seven (7) days of notification attempt. Travel companion (guest) of the Grand Prize winner, or the guest's parent or guardian if guest is a minor, must complete a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Prize will not be awarded until the Affidavit and Release are completed. Failure to return the executed Affidavit and Release within that time will result in forfeiture of prize and random selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for two (2) to St. Louis, MO. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major airport nearest the winner's home to the major airport nearest S. Louis, MO, four (4) night hotel accommodations (double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the National Semifinals on April 2nd, 2005, two (2) tickets to the National Championship game on April 4th, 2005, two (2) passes to VIP "Insights" Tip-off gala on April 2nd, 2005 and four (4) day car rental. (Approximate Retail Value: $4,994.00). Travel for the Grand Prize Winner and guest will take place between April 1st and 5th, 2005. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Participating Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the traveling winner and guest reside less than 100 miles from the prize destination. Meals, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, hotel/room charges and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Company reserves the right to substitute any portion of this prize, including destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, change, or cash substitution of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Company. Other restrictions may apply. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
5. PUBLICITY; USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company and Participating Sponsors exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company and Participating Sponsors may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
6. TAXES: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company and Participating Sponsors, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the official rules. Grand Prize winner must provide the Company and Participating Sponsors with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600.00 in prizes from the Company and Participating Sponsors, will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
7. CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Company. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserve the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deem appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. CONDITIONS: Entrants release AutoZone, Inc., FOX Sports Radio, Premiere Radio Networks, Inc. and Clear Channel Worldwide, and their directors, employees, divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the promotion, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes and the awarding and use of the prize, including liability for personal injury.
9. ELIGIBILITY: Participants and winners must be legal residents of the continental United States, age 18 or older as determined by the Company. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but the Company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor. Only one (1) prize per household for the Sweepstakes. Individuals who have won a prize from FOX Sports Radio within 180 days (6 months) prior to the start date of this sweepstakes are NOT eligible. Employees of the Company, the Participating Sponsors and their divisions, affiliates, officers, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents and advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. 10. MISCELLANEOUS. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign The Company's release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to AutoZone's "College Basketball National Championship" Sweepstakes Winners List, P.O. Box 80,000, Los Angeles, CA 90080-1000. Winners list will be available for six (6) months beginning April 11, 2005. VT and WA residents only may omit return postage. All entries become the property of The Company and will not be returned.
